Vintech Systems utilises TeamViewer version 12 software to enable support staff to access client computer systems remotely in order to diagnose and maintain the Saflok or Kaba system software.
If directed by a Vintech support team member, you can download Vintech's TeamViewer Support Client by clicking the download link below.
When you click the link it will redirect to TeamViewer's website and download our remote support client. The software needs to be run by opening the downloaded .exe file and once closed will not remain active on your system.
