Vintech Systems utilises TeamViewer version 8 software to enable support staff to access client computer systems remotely in order to diagnose and maintain the Saflok or Kaba system software.

If directed by a Vintech support team member, you can download Vintech's TeamViewer Support Client by clicking the download link below.

The software needs to be run by opening the downloaded .exe file and once closed will not remain active on your system.

If required, our support team staff can assist you with setting up this software.

TeamViewer Already Running?

Please Note: If you are already running TeamViewer on your PC you will need to exit before running our Support Tool. To do this, right click on the TeamViewer icon near the clock (it is a small blue icon with opposing arrows) and select Exit Teamviewer.
