Coronavirus (Covid 19)

At Vintech Systems we are taking proactive measures to keep our team members, customers, and logistical communities safe in the wake of the global Coronavirus pandemic. We have set aside dedicated members of staff to monitor the situation on a daily basis to ensure that the actions and precautions we take within the company are in accordance with the most current and up to date governmental and medical advice. Senior staff have been tasked to ensure that any new steps or preventative precautions we take are communicated effectively to all staff in our Workshop, Warehouse, Main Office and technical staff sent to work on our customers’ sites.

To date at Vintech Systems

  • We have established a ban on all travel to affected states and to any customer site where we believe or are made aware may be compromised by the virus
  • We are limiting sales and technical travel to matters critical to safety, compliance, urgent or necessary maintenance, technical installation and essential customer support.
  • We are conveying and communicating government guidance on infection prevention into company policy for our team and staff members on current pertinent matters such social distancing; Personal Protection Practices and Hygiene; criteria on when and to whom to report potential breeches or infringements of new health and safety measures; when to seek medical assistance and/or isolate; and other sensible changes to our everyday practices. We require all staff whether on our or customers’ sites or in transit between sites (as well as all visitors to Vintech Systems premises) to strictly follow this guidance for their own safety, the safety of their colleagues, customers and members of the public that they come into contact with in their day to day work.
  •  Wherever possible, we provide guidance to staff on precautionary measures for home as well as work as described above.

At this stage we plan to continue to receive and despatch orders for goods and services, undertake repairs, arrange loans of key equipment and supply remote/telephone assistance to clients or attend site to service equipment on the premises of any of our customers which are accessible, taking into account the above precautions and the appropriate measures and guidelines we have responsibly set in place for the health and safety of us all during the time of this pandemic. 

To reiterate, Vintech Systems have key staff set aside to continuously monitor the changing regulations and recommendations set out by State and Federal government and health authorities as a result of the outbreak of COVID-19, and we will continue to adapt and modify our practices as necessary to best suit the situation as it evolves and changes
